Order Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled. You may contact us within seven days from the purchase date if you wish to exercise a one-time exchange of your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. Any order exchange request must be in writing and emailed to impactpowersports@gmail.com.
Return/Refund Policy (No Refund, Exchange Only): All products are sold “as is.” You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within seven days from the purchase date if you wish to exercise a one-time exchange of your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given for units of lesser value.
Layaway Policy: Layaway payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any written layaway cancellation will result in a store credit toward any purchase of equal or greater value. If a layaway order is not paid in full before 24 months and payment has not been made for six months, any payment made to date will be forfeited, and the order will be deemed canceled.
